Lloyd Wayne Simpson

Lloyd Wayne Simpson, age 67, of Newark, passed away on Monday, March 16, 2020 at his home. Lloyd was born May 18, 1952 in Nashport, Ohio.

Lloyd was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. During his lifetime he worked in the oil fields and the automotive industry. Lloyd enjoyed hunting, guns and Harley Davidson motorcycles.

He is survived by his loving wife of 33 years, Anna Marie (Stephens) Simpson; mother, Luella (Binckley) Simpson of Nashport; children, Lloyd Wayne Simpson, Jr. of Toboso, James Allen Simpson of Columbus, Natasha Glover of Newark, Yolanda Lynn Simpson of North Carolina and Stephanie Simpson of Newark; step-children, Melissa Davis, Tiffany Ann (Rusty) Shook and Stephen (Peggy) Lake, all of Newark; and many grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his father, Homer Simpson.

At his request, there will be no service observed.
