Lovella "Faye" Shaffer

Lovella “Faye” Shaffer, 98, of Millersport, died Friday, March 31, 2022, at her home. She was born April 15, 1923, in Oak Hill, OH to the late Alban and Lelia (Corvin) Alban. Faye was a member of the VFW Post 1388. She enjoyed gardening, boating, and camping, but most of all, she loved spending time with her family. She is survived by five children, Bob Shaffer, Patty Shaffer, Teri (Jim) Charles, Vicky (Jeff) Johnstone, and Rick Shaffer; 14 grandchildren; several great grandchildren; sister, Virginia Clarke; and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, Ralph E. Shaffer; brother, Charles “Bud” Alban and his wife, Jackie; sister, Marie Clark; sister-in-law, Mildred Byerly and her husband, Darwin; and sister -in-law, Anita McClary.
