Lynn Ann Swick

Memorial calling hours for Lynn Ann Swick, age 57, of Newark, will be held on Friday, January 2, 2015 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Criss Wagner Hoskinson Funeral Home, 179 Granville Street, Newark.Lynn Ann was born in Cambridge, Ohio on March 25, 1957 to the late Jack L. and Wilma (Frank) Douglas. She passed away at her residence on December 29, 2014 while surrounded by her loving family.Lynn Ann worked for ArvinMeritor for over 15 years. She enjoyed watching NASCAR, flower gardening, bowling, and going to the beach. She was especially passionate about rescuing dogs and cats and spending time with her family and friends.Survivors include her husband, Paul D. Pete Swick; step-son, John (Anita) Swick and other step-children; step-granddaughter, Nova Ann Swick; sister, Harriet Slifko and other siblings; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her grandparents.Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Lynn Ann to the Licking County Humane Society, 825 Thornwood Dr. SW, Heath, Ohio 43056 or Forever Dobes Rescue, 3983 Grand Bend Dr., Groveport, Ohio 43125.Criss Wagner Hoskinson Funeral and Cremation Service is honored to care for the Swick family.
