A funeral service, celebrating the life of MacKenzie Cheyenne Harless, aged 3 weeks, will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 23, 2016, in the chapel of the Kirkersville home of HOSKINSON Funeral and Cremation Service.MacKenzie died Wednesday, March 16, 2016, in Nationwide Childrens Hospital, following a three week battle with Trisomy 18 and Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome.Left behind are her loving family: Mother Shannon Kretzmann and Father Brandon Dulan, twin brother Cameron Harless, older brother Caleb Kretzmann, grandparents Debra Rill and Dan and Dana Dulan, great-grandparents John and Lois Keene, aunt Jami (Nick) Schumaker and their children Devin, Breanna and Chloe, aunt Molly (Bill) Richard, great-aunt Karen Pickens and many other family members, too numerous to mention.The family would like to thank Nationwide Childrens Hospital for their skilled care and compassion. They will never forget how everyone cared for MacKenzie.The family prefers that memorial contributions be directed to Nationwide Childrens Hospital for research for Trisomy 18 syndrome.
