Maeabelle M. Wilson

A funeral service for Maeabelle M. Wilson, age 95, of Newark, will be held on Thursday, November 20, 2014 at 10:30 am at Criss Wagner Hoskinson Funeral Home with Pastor Judy Baker officiating. Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery.Maeabelle passed away at the Selma Markowitz Care Center, operated by Hospice of Central Ohio, on Saturday, November 15, 2014. She was born May 27, 1919 in Newark to the late John D. and Helen M. (Young) Perkins.Maeabelle graduated from Newark High School, Class of 1938. She was a licensed practical nurse and worked at Licking Memorial Hospital, Athena and Heath Nursing Homes. She was a member of the Eastern Star, Thornville Chapter #156; Rebekah Lodge; DAV; and a life time member of Woodside Presbyterian Church.Survivors include her daughter, Virginia (Lynne) Beach; grandson, Brian (Michele) Beach, their children (great grandchildren), Abbey and David Beach; granddaughter, Jane and numerous other great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ray W.
