Marabeth L. Young

Marabeth L. Young, age 76, of Newark, passed away on October 9, 2014 at her residence. She was born in Fredericktown, Ohio on January 15, 1938 to the late Ernest and Lillian (Hall) Clawson. Marabeth was a devoted homemaker to her family, along with being a waitress for many years. She enjoyed playing the organ, playing cards, knitting and crocheting. Most important to her was spending time with her family and friends.Survivors include her children, David (Denise) Huffman, Dennis Huffman, Denise Combie, Chuck (Jenifer) Young and Rosemary Young; sister, Marlene Silliman; 10 grandchildren; and 8 great grandchildren.In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Darrell Young in 2012.At Marabeths request, there will not be any visitation or funeral service held.Criss Wagner Hoskinson Funeral and Cremation Service, 179 Granville Street, Newark, is honored to care for the Young family.
