Marie Ingle Worland

Marie Ingle Worland, 97, of Thornville, passed away on Tuesday, July 22, 2014 at the Selma Markowitz Care Center in Newark. She was born on December 4, 1916 in Marysville, Ohio, daughter of the late Theodore and Minnie (Patch) Streng. She was a member of the Thornville united Methodist Church, Thornville Eastern Star, Buckeye Lake Moose Ladies Auxiliary, Perry Co. Senior Citizens, and the AMVETS Post 51, Thornport Ladies Auxiliary.She is survived by her loving family: daughter-in-law, Patricia Ingle; grandchildren, Ed and Kimberly Ritterbeck and Dana Ingle; great-grandchildren, Zachary, Aaron, Jacob, and Rachael Ingle, Morgan and Payton Ritterbeck; as well as three nieces and one nephew.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Carl Ingle and their son, William T. Ingle; second husband, Merl Worland; as well as two sisters.Friends may call at the Thornville of HOSKINSON Funeral and Cremation Service, 56 S. Main St., on Thursday, July 24, 2014 from 11 to 1 p.m. A funeral service, celebrating Maries life, will follow at 1:00 p.m., with Pastor Doug Lynn officiating.
