Burialwill be atCedar Hill Cemetery, Brownsville, OH.Visitationwill be held one hourprior to service, Monday, January 4, 2016 She passed away Tuesday, December 29, 2015 at Scioto Pointe Nursing Home, Columbus,Ohio.She was borntothe late Carl Benjamin andThelma Pearl (West) Lamptonin Thornville, Ohio on September 19,1932, minutes ahead of her twin sister Mary Alice. She lived inSouth CentralOhio raising her family, thenworkedat the Fairfield Medical Centerbeforemoving to Savannah, Georgia and Wilksboro,North Carolina where she was a member of The Temple Methodist Church and its Community Center. She alsolived in a short time in Sylacauga, Alabama andSilver Springs,Florida beforereturning to Columbusto resideat the Franklin Woods Nursing & Rehab Centerand Scioto Pointe SkilledNursing Home & Rehab.She is preceded in death by her ex-husband Glenn H. Krahn who together had a family of eight children;son Timothy Alan Krahn,daughter Janet Kay Melvin and twinsister Mary Alice Deloach.She is survived by husbandJames R. Jourdan of Lancaster and children:Cheryl E. (Steve) Finck of Circleville, OH,Debra A. (Jon) Thrasher of Gettysburg, PA,Gregory D. Krahn of Columbus, OH,Darryl E. (Karen) Krahn of Circleville, OH,Jeffrey N. (Cindy) Krahn of Murrieta, CA, and Cynthia L. Krahn of Ashville, OH;and grandchildren:Suzanne R. (Ben) Squire of Colorado Springs, CO, Karen M. Thrasherof Liberty Lake, WA, Matthew W.Thrasher of Gettysburg, PA,Lee D. Thorpe, Colin A.Thorpe, Katie A. Melvin of Sandy,UT, Kyle G. Krahnof Ashville, OH, Victoria Wagner of Columbus, OH and Audrey Wagner of Columbus, OH.
