Marjorie Irene Sperry

A visitation, honoring the life of Marjorie Irene Sperry, 101, formerly of Hebron, will be held on Sunday, April 14, 2024, from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. in the chapel of The Kirkersville home of HOSKINSON Funeral and Cremation Service, 285 E. Main St. in Kirkersville; with private burial to follow in the North lawn Memory Gardens, Westerville.

Marjorie passed away on Sunday, April 7, 2024, following an extended illness. She was born July 29, 1922, in Portsmouth, the daughter of the late Frederick and Amy (Adams) Cross. She graduated from Portsmouth H.S., class of 1941.

She is survived by her loving family: Daughter Ruth (Larry) Sainsbury of Hebron, daughter-in-law Carole Kelly of Columbus, granddaughters Sandra (Kevin) Ray, Vicki Morgan; great grandchildren Sara, Hannah and Kira Ray, Drew and Gabe Alvarez; Kaylee, Dani and Bryce Stultz.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Edwin Sperry in 1970, her son Charles Sperry in 2023; great-granddaughters Aliceson Stultz and Toni Woodman.

The family was requested that expressions of sympathy be directed to the Millersport Lions Club. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
