Mark Marlin Cook

Mark Marlin Cook, 64, of Thornville, passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, October 12, 2024, following an extended illness. He was born in Fairfield, Ohio on October 27, 1959, the son of the late Marlin Monroe and Katherine (Stepto) Cook.

A Graduate of National Trails H.S., He was employed as an architectural designer for many years.

Mark was a member of the N.R.A., enjoyed hunting and fishing and Briar Rabbit Shooting Sports.

He is survived by his son Kyle Cook, his brothers Greg (Pam) Cook and Matt Cook, his sister Jeanette Sink, along with nieces and nephews Clint, Jenna, Seanna, Caden, Kevin and Tyler.

Honoring Mark’s wishes he will be cremated without any visitation or services. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
