A funeral service celebrating the life of Marsha J. Tudor, 72, of Newark, will be held on Wednesday, January 19, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. at Criss Wagner Hoskinson Funeral and Cremation Service with Pastor Lloyd W. Markley officiating. Burial will follow in Green Hill Cemetery in Johnstown. Visitation will be held at the funeral home, 179 Granville Street, Newark, on Tuesday, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Marsha was born in Zanesville, Ohio on December 11, 1949 to the late Richard Hardy and Myrtle Hardy Frazier, who survives. She passed away at her son’s residence on January 12, 2022, while surrounded by her loving family. Marsha was a devoted homemaker to her family. She enjoyed crocheting, reading, crafting and woodworking. Most important was the time she spent with her family, especially family get-togethers during the holidays. She will be missed by everyone that knew her. In addition to her mother, survivors include her sons, William (Amy) Treciak; Sean (Kelli) Glover and Nathaniel (Patricia) Glover; brother, Dennis Hardy; 11 grandchildren; six great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. In addition to his father, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Swartz; and step-father, Bill Frazier. Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Marsha to the American Cancer Society.
