Martha Lee Podlich

Martha Lee Podlich, age 70, of Newark, passed away on December 19, 2016 at her residence. She was born in Cleveland, Ohio on August 28, 1946 to the late Dwight A. Eigenbrod and Carol Ann (Weitzel) Eigenbrod.Prior to retirement, Martha worked for Anomatic Corporation for many years. She enjoyed needlepoint, word searches, crocheting, gardening, baking and building Legos. Martha had an uplifting personality, and especially enjoyed dressing up as an elf during the Christmas season, bringing smiles to everyone she met. She was a cat lover and loved spending time with her family and friends.Survivors include one daughter, Sherry Lee Melick; grandchildren, Misty Meek, Casandra Melick and Shawn Melick; great grandchildren, Alexis Meek and Nevaeh Phillips.In addition to her father, she is preceded in death by a son, Paul Podlich; and significant other, Dennis Dunaway.Criss Wagner Hoskinson Funeral and Cremation Service is honored to care for Martha and family.
