Mary E. Kirk, 93, of Hebron, passed away on Thursday, June 21, 2012 at Autumn Healthcare Center, Newark. She was born on April 6, 1919 in Licking County, Ohio to the late Isaac and Dora (Airesman) McMillen. Mary retired from Structurlite after nearly 25 years of service. She enjoyed reading, sewing, canning, and planting flower gardens.She is survived by her loving family: children, Wilma Keller and Thomas Kirk both of Newark; three grandchildren, Karen Perry of Buckeye Lake, Kimberly (Brian) Kirk Ballman and Thomas J. Kirk both of Newark; one great-grandson, Christopher A. Workman; and several step-children, step-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John R. Kirk; her daughter, Rose Perry; and three brothers, Kenneth, Arthur, and Robert McMillen.A funeral service, celebrating Marys life, will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, June 26, 2012 at the Hebron home of Hoskinson-Schoedinger Funeral and Cremation Service, 108 N. 7th St., with Pastor Bill Rauch officiating.
