Mary Jane Hott

Mary Jane Hott, 93, of Newark, passed away at her residence on May 28, 2020. She was born in Baltimore, Ohio on October 3, 1926 to the late Vanaldo and Bessie (Siders) Kitzmiller. Aunt Mary Jane was a “glass half-full” person who saw the good in everyone she met. She was always ready with her friendly smile whenever in the company of others. Her infectious positivity will be greatly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her. Though she has departed this world, memories of her will live on in the rest of us in perpetuity. She has now joined her husband of more than 50 years, Robert, in Heaven. Survivors include her 18 nieces and nephews and many great and great-great nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, and her husband Robert, she was preceded in death by her brothers and sisters, Charles “Fred” F. Kitzmiller, Donald R. Kitzmiller, Marjorie D. Holderman-Saltzburg, Paul E.
