Mary K. Gaib

Mary K. Gaib, of Newark, formerly of Thornville, passed away on Wednesday, March 27, 2013 at Kindred Heathcare in Newark. She was born on March 9, 1929 in Hilliard, Ohio to the late Bernard and Marie (Terbraake) Elfrink. Mary was a member of the Women of The Moose in Dunnellon, Florida. She enjoyed history and was a longtime volunteer at the Ohio Historical Society.She is survived by her loving family: husband, Jack; daughters, Carol (James) Schrider and Connie (Poul) Gaib-Vamby; two grandchildren, J.J. (Melinda) Richards and Kevin Richards; four great-grandchildren, Selena, Alyssia, Caroline, and Todd; and several nieces and nephews.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by four brothers and four sisters.A funeral service, celebrating Marys life, will be held on Tuesday, April 2, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. in the Thornville home of HOSKINSON- Schoedinger Funeral and Cremation Service, 56 S.
