Funeral services, celebrating the life of Mary K. White, 87, of Pleasant City, formerly of Hebron, will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, June 8, 2018, in the chapel of The Kirkersville home of HOSKINSON Funeral and Cremation Service, with burial to follow in the Kirkersville Cemetery. The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the services Friday Morning at the funeral home. Mary passed away Tuesday, June 5, 2018 in Caldwell, following an extended illness. She was born in Massillon, Ohio on December 31, 1930, the daughter of the late Peter and Esther (Hoskinson) Roehlig. She was a graduate of Hebron H.S., class of 1948, and was a lifelong homemaker. She enjoyed gardening, fishing, camping as well as reading. She was a former member of the Hebron United Methodist Church. She is survived by her loving family: daughter Diana Moore (Greg Perkins) of Pleasant City, son Jim (Cathy) White of Hebron, her grandchildren Tracie Copeland, Travis (Bethany) White, Kristen (Matt) Schott; great-grandchildren Correy, Cody and McCayla Copeland, Cooper and Caleb White; great-great granddaughter Evelynn Copeland; along with several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Herbert White, whom she married on July 4, 1948, in 2002, and her daughter Shirley Walton in 2004.
