Melanee K. Williams

Melanee K. Williams, 73, of Newark, passed away Monday, December 28, 2020, at Licking Memorial Hospital. She was born December 1, 1947, in Licking County, a daughter of the late David C. and Doris (North) Shipley. She enjoyed watching TV, word search puzzles, Bingo, and Sunday Services at the Arlington Care Center and her favorite beverage, Diet Pepsi. She is survived by her brothers, Don Shipley (Sharon), Melvin Shipley (Betty) and many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers and sisters, Charles Shipley, Virgil Shipley, Ethel Mitchell, Olive Ervin, Shirley Antritt and Nellie Hottinger. A Memorial Graveside Service will be held at a later date in Wilson Cemetery, with burial beside her brother Virgil.
