Michael Keith Phillips

Michael Keith Phillips, age 57, of Thornville, passed away on Saturday, October 10, 2015 at Fairfield Medical Center in Lancaster. He was born March 30, 1958 inNewark, Ohio,to the late James Raymond and Patricia Christine (Houghland) Phillips.He is survived by a son, Jack R. Phillips of Thornville; daughters, Pamela M. (David) Ford and Evelyn C. (Steven) Aeby, all of Newark; grandchildren, Kylie, Jaylynn, Cole and Caleb; and a brother, Jeff Phillips of Omaha, Nebraska.In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, James R. Phillips, Jr.There will be no visitation or service observed. Mike has donated his body to the Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine to further the education of medical students.The Thornville Chapel of Hoskinson Funeral & Cremation Service is honored to care for Michael and his family.
