A graveside service celebrating the life of Myrtle J. Frazier, age 93, of Newark, will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 30, at Newark Memorial Gardens with Pastor Steve Osborne officiating.
Myrtle was born September 17, 1930 in Vanatta, Ohio to the late Edward and Lucy (Luther) Glover. She passed away on Saturday, May 25, 2024 at Licking Memorial Hospital. Myrtle was a medical assistant at the office of Dr. John Adams for many years.
After retiring, she and her husband Bill Frazier enjoyed multiple vacations to Europe, including a visit to Normandy Beach in France, where Bill had landed as an Army Medic on D-Day.
She is survived by a son, Dennis Hardy of Santa Barbara, California; grandchildren, Sean Glover, Nathan Glover, Bill Treciak, Avery Hardy, and Rex Hardy; and a brother, Ronald (Rosemarie) Glover of Florida.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband, Bill Frazier, and daughter, Joan Tudor.
