Nancy Jean Detrick

Nancy Detrick, formerly of Kirkersville, passed away suddenly on March 21, 2019, following a brief illness. She was a graduate of New Concord High School, and a former state employee. Nancy Loved crafts and was devoted to spending time with her friends and family. She shared a deep love of God's holy word, and spent many hours engaged in bible study and devotions. She also enjoyed spending time outdoors.  She was a faithful volunteer for CAPA in Columbus. Nancy was preceded in death by her parents, William Clark Leeper and Anna Margaret (Frame) Leeper. She is survived by her loving daughter: Narissa Kennedy of Dublin and her husband Pat, along with their three daughters: Sonya, Laurie Beth and Anna. A celebration of Life service was held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday April 13, 2019, in the Crossway Community Church in Kirkersville with Pastor Glen Gram as the leader. Nancy enjoyed her fellowship with both Kirkersville churches, and loved bible study. So in her honor the service will include bible study and coffee afterwards. The family prefers that memorials be directed to your favorite church in her honor.
