Nancy L. Bowlby

A memorial service celebrating the life of Nancy L. Bowlby, age 69, of St. Louisville, will be held on Friday, September 30, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at the Newark Church of the Nazarene, 200 S. Williams Street, Newark. Private burial services will be held at Highland Cemetery.Nancy was born in Elkins, WV on July 2, 1947 to the late Russell and Gracie (Isner) Arbogast. She passed away on September 25, 2016 at OSU Medical Center in Columbus.Nancy was a devoted homemaker. She enjoyed flower gardening, spending time outdoors and especially spending time with her family and grandchildren.Survivors include her children, Russell L. Bowlby, Douglas (Patricia) Bowlby, James Rodney (Sandy) Bowlby and Kimberly Bowlby; grandchildren, Deanna, Brittany, Joe, Kaine, Heather, Autumn, Shyanna, Tarra, Kaiden, Micha and Dakota; 10 great grandchildren; and sister, Janice (Ruie) Stuart.In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Joseph R.
