Nathan Scott Webb, 68, of Newark, passed away at his residence on December 19, 2018, while surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Willard, Ohio on July 23, 1950 to the late Thurman J. and Wanda Jane (Adams) Webb. Prior to retirement, he was owner-operator of Highway Oil and Scotts One Stop for many years. He was a member of the National Rifle Association, enjoyed hunting, shooting and the great outdoors. He also enjoyed taking fishing trips with his buddies, observing wildlife on his property and spending time with his family and friends. Survivors include his children, Rebecca Kay Webb, Amy Sue (Julian) King and Jayne Marie (Jeremiah) Bayliss; grandchildren, Cotton Scott Zigo, Logan Jean-Marie Zigo, Trenton Jessie Alan Bayliss and Tristan Scott Bayliss; twin brothers, Larry (Shelby) Webb and Gary Webb; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Norma Jean (Grooms) Webb in September 1996.
