Olive L. Boggs

Olive L. Boggs, 73, of Newark, passed away on August 19, 2015. She was born in West Jefferson, Ohio on April 1, 1942 to the late John and Dorothy (Griffith) Boggs.Prior to retirement, she was a nurses aide for many years at various nursing homes. She enjoyed cooking, was an avid Ohio State Buckeyes football fan and especially enjoyed spending time with her family.Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Anthony and Cheryl Osborn of Newark; grandchildren, Dana (Ashley) Osborn, Amanda Osborn and Christina (Michael) Simon; brother, Roger (Loretta) Boggs; sister, Carol Joy; 11 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by four brothers, Charles, Edgar, Dick and Robert Boggs; and one sister, Dorothy Swartz.Private services will be held for the family.Criss Wagner Hoskinson Funeral and Cremation Service is honored to care for the Boggs family.
