Patricia Ann "Patty" Ford

A Memorial Service for Patricia Ann “Patty” Ford, 69, of Hebron, will be held at 10am, on Wednesday, February 19, 2020, at Hebron New Life United Methodist Church, 925 W Main St, Hebron. Pastor Brian Harkness will officiate. Family and friends may call one hour prior to the service at the church, 9am-10am, on Wednesday. Patty passed away on Saturday, February 15, 2020, at Altercare Newark North Care Center.  She was born March 8, 1950, in Newark, a daughter of the late Robert Taylor and Helen Maxine (Martin) Ford. Also preceding her in death were her foster parents, Velma and Ray Bell. Patty was a very compassionate, loving person with an open heart. She was a member of the New Life Church in Hebron and for many years worked as a cashier at the Heath Walmart Store. She had also represented Avon Products. Over the years she had served as home caregiver to many in the Hebron area. Surviving are her brother Paul David Ford; her nieces, Lisa (Kent) Davis, Barbara (Kevin) Amspaugh and Celeste Ford; great nieces and nephews, Kristin, Keelie, Leigha, Cameron, Corey and Madison; her best friend, Mary Nelson; her beloved cat Snowflake and pets in the family that she loved so much, Duke, Duchess, Daisy, Diesel and Remmy. She was preceded in death by her brother Robert Lewis Ford. Memorial contribution may be made to the New Life Church; envelopes will be available at the church.
