Patricia Ann Dawson

Graveside Services, celebrating the life of Patricia A. Dawson, 82, of Alexandria, will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 20, 2022, in the Greenhill Cemetery, Johnstown, where Patricia will be laid to rest with her husband Robert Dawson and son Robbie Dawson. Patricia was born September 21, 1940, in West Virginia, the daughter of the late Raymond and Rosella Varney Justice. She was a graduate of Birch H.S. in West Virginia and was a lifelong homemaker and owner of Dawson Painting. Patricia loved to cook, bake and make candy for her family, along with tending to her flowers. She is survived by her family: daughters Threesa Justice, Sheila (Marty) Justice, Crystal Dawson; her grandchildren Amie, Aaron (Michelle), Kendra and Cody, her 8 great grandchildren; her sisters Mary, Mildred, Martha and Gladys and her brothers Raymond and Bruce; and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Robert Dawson in 2004, her son Robert M. Dawson in 1996, her brother L.D. and sister Ruth. The family prefers that memorial contributions in her memory be directed to the Mount Carmel Hospice.
