Patricia Andrea West

Funeral services, celebrating the life of Patricia A. West, 81, formerly of Hebron, will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 12, 2023, in the chapel of the Hebron home of HOSKINSON Funeral and Cremation Service, with Clifford Mason as celebrant. Pat will be buried with her parents in the Belmont Memorial Park Cemetery, Belmont County, following services.

Pat was affectionately known as “The Bunny Lady” for her tireless efforts to rescue and foster baby bunnies. People from all around would drop orphaned bunnies off for her tender care.

Pat was born March 17, 1942, in Wheeling WV, the daughter of the late Wiliam Frederick and Alverda Virginia (Keck) Brooks.  She was a lifelong homemaker.

She is survived by her daughter Charlene Clinger, her grandchildren Gwendolyn, Keera, Bridget, Johanna, Andrea and Michael; along with her friends and travel companions Tad Calendine and Matthew Hardesty and Tad’s parents Jennifer and Jarvis Winner.

In addition to her parents. She was preceded in death by her husband Carl Hollis West in 2012, her daughter Lynne Caughell in 2018.

Friends may call at the funeral home, 108 North Seventh St. in Hebron  on Thursday morning from 11:00 a.m. until time of the funeral at 12 Noon.
