Patty Lou Parr

Funeral services, celebrating the life of Patty L. Parr, 77, of Hebron, will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, May 12, 2023, in the chapel of the Kirkersville home of HOSKINSON Funeral and Cremation Services, with her pastor Kevin Blade as celebrant. The family will receive friends on Friday, from 2-4 p.m. immediately preceding the funeral services at the funeral home, 285 E Main St in Kirkersville.

Pat passed away peacefully on Monday, May 8, 2023, at her home. She was born July 3, 1945, in Princeton, WV, the daughter of the late Wesley and Elsie (Morris) Hare. She was a graduate of Lakewood H.S. class of 1963, as well as Columbus State College. She worked alongside her husband Dave at Parr’s Pizza in Hebron for many years.

Pat enjoyed Traveling, shopping, family time, meals out (especially Red Lobster) and was a big fan of General Hospital. She was a member of the Buckeye Lake Community Church.

She is survived by her loving family: children Jamie Esterline (Mark Charles), Jerry Morris (Alayna), Carla (Kevin) Bush; her grandchildren Bobby Prince, Jennifer Abbott, Kaemi Sims, Courtney Henley, Kayli Johnson, Lindsay Schofield and Mandy Morris; along with her 13 great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Dave in 2007.

The family prefers that memorial contributions be directed to Ohio’s Hospice of Central Ohio, 2269 Cherry Valley Rd, Newark, Ohio 43055. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.

Honoring Patty’s wishes, she will be cremated after funeral services and she and David’s cremated remains inurned in the Hebron Cemetery.
