Paul Eugene Nethers

A memorial gathering celebrating the life of Paul Eugene Nethers, age 52, of Newark, will be held at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, September 20, at 300 West National Drive, Newark.Paul was born April 3, 1962 in Newark, Ohio. He passed away on Monday, September 8, 2014 at Licking Memorial Hospital.Paul was a 1980 graduate of Newark Senior High School. He had been employed in the family business, Nethers Heating and Cooling. Paul enjoyed muscle cars, fishing, hunting and good times with great friends.He is survived by his mother, Ellen (Odendahl) Nethers of Newark; son, Ryin Nethers (fiance Nikki Noblick) of Newark; daughter, Dawn (Billy) Anglin of Berea, Kentucky; grandchildren, Hannah Nethers, Alexis Nethers, Destiny Dooley, Emily Dooley, and Baby Anglin; brothers, Brian Nethers, Bill Nethers and Timothy Nethers, all of Newark; sisters, Joellen Meadows and Mary Nethers, both of Newark; several nieces and nephews; his faithful companion, Oscar; and many friends.He was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Nethers; a daughter, Jessica Nethers; a sister, Suzanne Nethers; and his dear aunt, Joyce Willman.Criss Wagner Hoskinson Funeral Home is honored to care for the Nethers family.
