Paula Ann Marks

A memorial service celebrating the life of Paula Ann Marks, 67, of Canton, formerly of Newark, will be held on Saturday, March 13, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. at Criss Wagner Hoskinson Funeral and Cremation Service, with Pastor Jeremy Scarberry officiating. Visitation will be held at the funeral home, 179 Granville Street, Newark, two hours prior to the memorial service, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Due to the COVID-19 restrictions, masks must be worn inside the funeral home and for your protection, a maximum of 35 guests will be allowed inside at one time. Please practice social distancing. Paula was born in Canton, Ohio May 5, 1953 to the late Ralph and Carol (Ramey) Marks. She passed away on March 3, 2021 at OSU Medical Center in Columbus. Prior to retirement, she was a training officer with the State of Ohio, Job and Family Services. She enjoyed quilting and gardening, but most important was the time she spent with her loving family and friends. Survivors include her children, Heather (Jim) Justice and Dennis (Tamara) Herman; brother, John Marks; grandchildren, Kyle (Caitlyn) Foley, Emily Herman, Lynzie Herman, Isabella Props, Jacob Justice and Jackson Justice; great grandson, Andrew Foley; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Terry Marks. Criss Wagner Hoskinson Funeral and Cremation Service is honored to care for Paula and her family.
