Pearl F. Daubenmire, 89, of Hebron, passed away on Friday, August 30, 2013 at Autumn Care Center, Newark. She was born on February 14, 1924 in Perry County to the late Frank and Mary (Hoover) Fisher. Pearl was a strong Christian believer who attended various local churches. She was a member of the Hebron American Legion Auxiliary, the Mutual Civic Improvement Club, and the Junior Womens Club. Later in her life, she worked as a LPN but most importantly, was a dedicated wife and mother who poured her life into her family.She is survived by her children: Jane (Karl) Gartner of Granville, Joseph (Sandy) Daubenmire of Watkinsville, GA., Daniel (Susan) Daubenmire of Thornville, David (Michele) Daubenmire, of Thornville, and William (Brenda) Daubenmire of Hebron; 19 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and her sister, Donna Braig of Buckeye Lake.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Daubenmire, in 2005; four sisters and two brothers: Thelma Holbrook, Carrie Rarick, Nelle Schmid, Maribel Neel, Fred Fisher, and Perry Fisher.A funeral service, celebrating Pearls life, will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 4, 2013 in the chapel of the Kirkersville home of HOSKINSON Funeral and Cremation Service, 285 E. Main St. with David Daubenmire officiating.
