Philip D. Harris

A funeral service celebrating the life of Philip D. Harris, age 70, of Hebron, will be held on Saturday, January 7, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. at the Hebron chapel of Hoskinson Funeral and Cremation Service. Military Honors will be observed by the Licking County Veterans Alliance. Friends may call at the funeral home, 108 N. 7th Street, Hebron, on Friday, January 6th from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m.Philip was born in Bellaire, Ohio on April 3, 1946 to the late Roy Vernon and Margaret E. (Hoskinson) Harris. He passed away at the Price Road Health and Rehab Center on January 2, 2017Philip proudly served his country in the United States Marines Corps during the Vietnam War. He attended Hebron Christian Church and was a member of the Headquarters 3rd Marine Division, 9th Regimen. He enjoyed NASCAR, fishing, was active at National Trail Raceway and loved spending time with his family and friends.Survivors include his two children, Patricia E. (Brian Ledford) Harris and William E. Harris; sister, Marilou (James C.) Harris McMillen; brother, Richard S.
