Ralph E. Goodin

Ralph E. Goodin, age 77, of Newark, passed away on Thursday, December 12, 2024 at his home. Ralph was born January 22, 1947 in Columbus, Ohio to the late Carlton and Catherine (Rice) Goodin.

A veteran of the United States Army, Ralph faithfully served his country in Vietnam. He retired in 2009 from PCA where he had been employed since the age of 18. Ralph enjoyed classic cars and fishing. He was a collector of Coca Cola items and was an avid fan of the OSU Buckeyes.

He is survived by his loving wife, Sara (Wells) Goodin; children, Mary Oppe, Theresa Goodin, Ralph Goodin, Jr., Toni (Thomas) Bivens, Dylan Goodin, Robert Goodin, and Mary Ann Goodin; grandchildren, Dustin Green, Skylar (Michael) Bennett, Melissa Wallace, Layla Bivens, Brantley Bivens, and an additional grandson; great-grandchildren, Aubri Bennett, Axel Bennett, and Alijah Trent, as well as five additional great-grandchildren.

At his request, no service will be observed.
