Born on July 4, 1971, he brought a fiery spark and an independent spirit into the world that burned brightly throughout his life. Ran was a man with a heart as big as his personality. He would give the coat off his back to anyone in need, even if it meant he would endure the cold himself. His generosity knew no bounds, and his kindness touched countless lives. He had a deep love for music, which was the soundtrack of his life, and found joy in the simple, yet profound moments spent with family and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Randall Walker, and leaves behind his beloved mother, Alice Arthur (Webb), and his brother, Walt Webb. He also leaves a legacy of love and laughter with six nieces and nephews, and seven grand-nieces and nephews who will carry forward his memory. Ran was not just a person you knew—he was a presence.
