Rebecca Tracy

Rebecca Ann Tracy, 67, of Newark, died Wednesday morning March 23, 2016, following an extended illness with ALS. Becky was born April 25, 1948, in Newark, the daughter of Thomas Chief and Marjorie (Schlupp) Roberts. She was a graduate of Utica High School, Class of 1966, and had an extensive career in residential real estate with Woeste Realtors. She then worked with Franklin Mortgage in Reynoldsburg as a mortgage loan officer. Becky loved spending time at Myrtle Beach, and playing racquetball. In her early adult years, she was quite the corvette enthusiast and was a member of the Mound City Corvette Club. She is survived by her loving family: Son Jarrad (Brandi) Tracy of Hebron, grandsons Zach Baker and Caleb Tracy, siblings: Kay Roberts, Stephanie Manley, Sharon (Don) Meredith, Pam (Ron) Cannon, Candy Reeder, Tommy (Jessie) Roberts, Johnny (JoAnne) Roberts, Wendy (Eric) Collins, Ben (Susan) Roberts; many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son Matthew in 2012, and grandsons Parker and Aiden in 2015. Honoring Beckys wishes, she will be cremated and spread on her paradise on Earth Myrtle Beach. Private family memorial services will follow at a later date.
