Robert Bauer

Robert L. Bauer, Sr. born in Cols OH, Sept 5, 1926.Predeceased by mother and father, Louise and Lester Bauer.He is survived by loving wife Pat of 56 years, son, Robert, Jr., grandchildren, Trey, Drake, Brock, Brooke and Reis. Sisters-in-law, Susan (Phil) Lewis, Nancy Miller, many nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews.Robert was a South High Grad (1945) and WW II veteran of the US Army. He retired after 37 years at National Graphics. He was also a Hand Tool Book Binder, Member of Book Binder Union 147, OHMIT Club, member of the American Legion Auxiliary Posts 144 and 283 for 68 years, Columbus Beagle Club, Fairfield Fish and Game Club and the Southern Pigeon Flying Club.Graveside services will be held on Thursday, May 23, 2013 at 12:00 Noon at the Pataskala Cemetery with Military Honors conducted by the American Legion Post 283.Special thanks to all our good neighbors in Hillview who showed much care and concern during Bobs illness and all the caregivers at Tuscany.HOSKINSON Funeral and Cremation Service, Kirkersville, is honored to care for the Bauer Family.
