Robert "Bobby" Hunter

A funeral service, celebrating the life of Robert I. Bobby Hunter, age 50, of Frazeysburg, will be held on Thursday, April 9, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at Criss Wagner Hoskinson Funeral Home with Pastor Rusty Foley officiating. Burial will follow in Barnes Cemetery.Bobby was born in Newark on February 27, 1965 to the late William and Catherine (Hoffer) Hunter. He passed away on April 2, 2015 at Genesis Good Samaritan Hospital in Zanesville.Bobby worked at DK Manufacturing for over 20 years. He enjoyed motorcycling, shooting, mushroom hunting, tinkering with cars and spending time with family and friends.Survivors include his three children, Robert Charles Hunter, Jessica Hunter and Anna Hunter; grandchildren, Kathen, Cordon, Karamira, Shannon and Trenton; sister, Annabelle; former wife, Elizabeth M. Acord; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by two sisters, Rosemary Gall and Katherine Hunter; and one brother, William Hunter.Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Bobby to the Licking County Humane Society, 825 Thornwood Drive SW, Heath, Ohio 43056.Friends may call at the funeral home, 179 Granville Street, Newark, on Wednesday, April 8, 2015 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.Criss Wagner Hoskinson Funeral and Cremation Service is honored to care for the Hunter family.
