Robert Miller

Robert N. Bob Miller, 80, of Millersport, passed away on Sunday, April 28, 2013 at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, as a result of a mower accident. He was surrounded by his loving family. Bob was born on April 17, 1933 in Amanda, Ohio to the late Darrel and Hazel Miller. He retired from Owens Corning in Newark after over 20 years of service. He then started another career mowing grass, which he loved. Bob was a member of the Millersport United Methodist Church as well as the Alturas Lodge # 537.Bob is survived by his wife, Patricia (Ketchum) Miller; sons Robert A. Miller, and Thomas J. (Fianc Tammy Tellier) Miller; daughters Tina M. Miller and Betty J. (Gerry) Phillips; step children Bonnie J. (Lee) Runyon, Teresa L. (Rod) Sandy, TJ (Shane) Wise, and Donn E. (Jodi) Ketchum; brothers Larry (Inez) Miller and John Miller; sister Shirley Miller; six grandchildren; six step-grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and one step-great-grandchild.In addition to his parents, Bob was preceded in death by his first wife of 51 years, Rheba (Daniels) Miller; his son Gene N. Miller; his daughter Cynthis S. Miller; his grandson Tommy N. Miller; his brother Darrel Miller, Jr.; and his sister Betty Moore.A memorial service, celebrating Bobs life, will be held on Thursday, May 2, 2013 at 11:00 am in the Millersport United Methodist Church, with Pastor Jerry Wiles officiating. Friends may call at the Church one hour prior to services.
