Robert Dean Murray

A memorial visitation celebrating the life of Robert Dean Murray, 61, of Pataskala, will be held on Thursday, December 12, 2024 from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at the Kirkersville chapel of Hoskinson Funeral and Cremation Service, 285 E. Main Street, Kirkersville. Robert was born in Newark, Ohio on January 1, 1963 to Charles R. Murray and the late Patricia (Williams) Murray. He passed away at his residence on December 7, 2024 while surrounded by his loving family. Robert enjoyed fishing, RC cars, golfing, puzzles, working on go-carts, the great outdoors and was an avid OSU Buckeye fan. Most important was the time he spent with his loving wife, family and friends. In addition to his father, survivors include his wife of 29 years, Audrey S. (Salazar) Murray, whom he married February 19, 1995; children, Stephanie (Fenn Jones) Murray, Timothy (Megan) Murray and Fabiana Matamoros; grandson, Demetri Matamoros; brother, Duane (Lisa) Murray; sister, Tanisha Ables; niece, Kelly (Chris) Wilkins; nephew, Andy (Rebecca) Murray; and many friends. In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by a brother, Thomas Murray; and a granddaughter, Katarina Matamoros.
