Rodney Linn Williams

Rodney Linn Williams, 53, of Hebron, died Saturday, May 6, 2022, at his home. He was born June 23, 1968, in Newark to the late Thomas and Linda (Gibson) Williams. Rodney was the mischievous member of the family. He enjoyed wild and crazy times with his nieces and nephews. He liked to be the life of the party. He also enjoyed watching movies and TV shows especially, Charmed and Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Rodney always believed in encouraging others to live life to the fullest and to always be yourself. Rodney always took pride in the work he did, just like his father he became a jack of many trades. He also took after his mother in the kitchen so everyone could enjoy some delicious food. He was always willing to help his family and friends in any way that he could. Most of all he loved his dogs more than anything. He is survived by his brother, Charles (Lucy) Williams; sister, Gerri Williams; nieces and nephews, Brittaney (Bobby), Dillon, Charlie, Cody, Cory, Glenna (K.C.), Chip, and Cyle; great nieces and nephews, Emma, Eli, Anna, Chance, Jaxon, and Micah; uncle, Larry (Patty) Williams; aunt, Kathy Williams; and friend of nearly 40 years, Loren Knowlton. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Tommy Williams; great nephew, Robert Love IV; and uncle, Ed Williams. Visitation will be Saturday, May 21st from 2-3 pm at the Kirkersville Home of the HOSKINSON Funeral and Cremation Service, 285 East Main St. Kirkersville, OH where a memorial service will follow at 3:00 pm with Pastor Loren Knowlton officiating. HOSKINSON Funeral and Cremation Service is honored to care for Rodney and his family.
