Ronda Grace (Cornwell) Winner

A memorial service celebrating the life of Ronda Grace (Cornwell) Winner, age 61, of Newark, will be held at 3 p.m. on Saturday, February 27, at Criss Wagner Hoskinson Funeral Home, 179 Granville Street in Newark. The family will receive friends from 2-3 p.m. prior to the service. Due to Covid-19 concerns, masks must be worn inside the funeral home and the limit is 35 people at one time.

Ronda was born June 12, 1959 in Fairmont, West Virginia. She passed away on Sunday, February 7, 2021 at the Laurels of Heath.

Ronda was a homemaker and had been formerly employed at the Newark Air Force Base and was the deli manager at Meijer’s. She enjoyed cooking and going with her mom to play Bingo.

Ronda is survived by her son, David Burton Winner of Newark; daughter, Courtney Winner of Columbus; mother, Florence Evelyn (Brown) Galbraith of Newark; brother, Burton (Kristina) Cornwell of Newark; nephew, Tyler Cornwell; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her father, Walter Ray Cornwell; and her step-father, Harold Galbraith.
