Ronda Lynn Freeman

Ronda Lynn Freeman, 59, of Newark, died Monday, August 22, 2022, at Licking Memorial Hospital. She was born September 24, 1962, in Newark. Ronda enjoyed cooking for her family. She always looked forward to hosting holiday dinners and telling her stories. Ronda loved being around her family and spending time with them. She is survived by three children, Cheryl Loughman, Jerry (Mandy Kirkpatrick) Loughman, and Carl (Clara) Berkshire; fiancé, Jacob Chrisley; several grandchildren; brothers, William Freeman and Gayth “Bud” Freeman; many beloved nieces and nephews; and son-in-law, Adam Rector. She was preceded in death by her mother, Hawanna Disbennett; stepfather, Tom Disbennett; brother, Russell Schimpf; best friend/sister, Mitze Smith; and maternal grandmother, Margee Sloan. Visitation will be Wednesday, August 31, 2022 from 6-8pm at the Criss Wagner Hoskinson Funeral Home. Criss Wagner Hoskinson Funeral and Cremation Service is honored to care for Ronda and her family.
