A graveside service celebrating the life of Rosemary Theresa Glasmyer, age 90, of Newark, will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 22, at Lutheran Cemetery. Rosemary was born November 8, 1927 in Cleveland, Ohio to the late Edward and Mary (Sharko) Kemmerling. She passed away on Tuesday, February 20, 2018 at the Selma Markowitz Care Center (operated by Hospice of Central Ohio). Rosemary retired from the Newark Air Force Station where she had been an instrument technician. She was a member of the Southgate Church of Christ. Rosemary loved her family and enjoyed spending time with them, especially her grandchildren. She is survived by two sons, Willard T. (Linda D.) Glasmyer, Jr. of Baltimore, MD and Michael E. Glasmyer of Newark; grandchildren, Sharon Marie Glasmyer, Shelley (Jeffrey) McKeague, Lisa (Daniel) Keen, Sabrina (Kyle) McConnell, Holly Glasmyer and Michael T. Glasmyer; great-grandchildren, Kirsten Wente, Olivia Keen, Derek Keen, Addie McKeague, Austin Snyder, Lea Garrett and Kylee McConnell. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Willard T. Glasmyer, Sr., on January 20, 1975. Criss Wagner Hoskinson Funeral Home is honored to care for Rosemary and her family.
