Samantha Marie Lenegar

    Samantha Marie Lenegar, 42, of Heath, passed away on November 29, 2018.  She was born in Portsmouth, Ohio on August 8, 1967 to the late Russell C. Lenegar and Linda Lou (Kinney) Lenegar of Heath. Samantha was a devoted homemaker to her family.  She enjoyed collecting flint and listening to R & B music.  In addition to her mother, survivors include her children, Maya Lenegar, Alexiss Seymour, Stacy Seymour, Gabriel McGlone, Veronica Harter and James Dean; grandchildren, Maurice & Messiah Carter; sisters, Sandra Crum, Annette Jane Buckler, Candy Sue Hupp, Sally Jo Lenegar and Jean Ann Sullivan; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Carol Ann Parker and Marie Lenegar. At the request of the family, no services will be held.
