Scott Allen Stewart

Scott Allen Stewart, age 60, of Newark, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, April 17, 2021 at his home. Scott was born July 1, 1960 in Newark, Ohio to the late John Louis Stewart, Sr. and the late Marilyn Carol (Ferry) Stewart.

Scott was a retired painter. He enjoyed working on cars and bicycles and enjoyed riding his bike. He also enjoyed listing to music, being out in nature, and visiting with family. He loved his dog.

He is survived by two sisters, Ava TyAnn Stewart of Thornville and Sarity Kay (Mike) Ryan of Newark; four brothers, John Louis (Carol) Stewart, Jr. of Newark, Troy Richard Dewey Stewart II of Mount Perry, Brian Eric Stewart of Toboso and Craig Aaron (Karen) Stewart of Newark; many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Marilyn Jean Zulfer.

The family will observe a private memorial.
