Sharon Day Crouser

A funeral service celebrating the life of Sharon Day Crouser, age 70, of Marietta, will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 20, at the Hebron Chapel of Hoskinson Funeral & Cremation service with Pastor Randy Small officiating. Burial will take place in Fairmount Cemetery.

Friends may call from 12-2 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home, 108 North 7 ^th Street in Hebron.

Sharon was born September 2, 1951 in Newark, Ohio to the late Donald Dwayne and Lena Irene (Small) Allen. She passed away on Thursday, November 11, 2021 at Marietta Memorial Hospital.

Sharon was a 1970 graduate of Lakewood High School. A loving wife and mother, Sharon was primarily a homemaker but had also been employed as a nursing assistant for many years. She enjoyed camping, fishing, and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She is survived by two children, Melissa A. (Robert) Blind of Waterford; son, Michael W. (Megan) Crouser of Stockport; grandchildren, Kayla (Lucas) Morford, Dakota Hess, Josh Crouser, Greg Crouser, Steven Hogue, Michael (Jayna) Blind, Demi (Chris) Dille, Austin Blind, Connor Blind and Kathren Blind; 14 great-grandchildren; six siblings, Russell (Malia) Allen of Edgewater, Florida, Samuel (Charlotte) Allen of Waterford, Beverly Barton of Thornville, Steve Allen of Newark, Chris Mickelson of Edgewater, FL and Gary (Cindy) Allen of Newark; many nieces, nephews and cousins.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Edward Crouser, on August 1, 2009; and by a sister, Evaline Corder.
