Sharron Marie Talbert

Sharron Marie Talbert, a cherished resident of Thornville, Ohio, passed away peacefully on Thursday, February 20th, 2025, at the age of 84. Sharron was born on Thursday, October 24th, 1940, in Nelsonville, Ohio, to the late Victor and Hazel (Crow) Sharb.

A long-time dedicated employee, Sharron worked as a Machine Operator at Goodyear Tire Manufacturing in Logan, Ohio, where she served with commitment and pride for over 30 years. Her dedication to her work and colleagues was well-known and admired.

Sharron was a woman of vibrant passions and enduring friendships. She was a beloved member of her local Bridge Club and enjoyed spending her winters in Florida. Sharron found great joy in traveling, playing slot machines at the casinos, and shopping. She was an avid reader, enjoyed playing euchre, and embraced modern technology with her enjoyment of the computer. An enthusiastic sports fan, Sharron cheered passionately for the Ohio State Buckeyes and the Cincinnati Bengals.

She is survived by her loving daughters, Cindy S. (Kevin) Brandt and Jennifer L. (Robert) Abram; her brother, Harold; her sister, Sue; and her stepchildren, Connie and Jack. Sharron was also blessed with numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends, who will all miss her dearly.

Sharron was preceded in death by her devoted husband, Thomas Talbert; her cherished son, Theodore Tom, Sr.; her brother, Robert Sharb; and her parents.

At Sharron's request, no services will be held.

The family wishes to extend heartfelt thanks to the staff at Shrivers Hospice in Zanesville, Ohio, for their compassionate care. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Shrivers Hospice in memory of Sharron's generous spirit.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Hoskinson Funeral & Cremation Service in Thornville. Sharron's memory will forever live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
