Sherry Lee Wingate

Sherry Lee Wingate, age 75, of Hebron, passed away on Thursday, March 7, 2024 at the Selma Markowitz Care Center (operated by Hospice of Central Ohio).

Sherry was born July 25, 1948 in Columbus, Ohio to the late Arthur L. and Mary (Martin) Ludwig. Sherry was a homemaker, had been employed at Buckeye Potato Chip Factory, and had also been a carnival worker. She enjoyed playing video games, crocheting, knitting, and sewing. She loved to go different places to have fun and socialize with people. Her favorite saying was, “God bless you and keep you safe.”

She is survived by her son, Chevy Lee Wickliff; daughter, Dione Marie Fry; boyfriend of 36 years, Gerald Wickliff; grandchildren, Tiffany Fry and Shawn Fry.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by many brothers and sisters.
