Shirley Irene Booth

August 30, 1942 — January 25, 2021

Shirley Irene Booth, 78, of Lancaster, formerly of Coshocton, passed away January 25, 2021, in Lancaster. She was born in Coshocton, on August 30, 1942, the daughter of the late Lloyd L. and Goldie Irene (Craig) Ford. She graduated from Conesville H.S., and spent her life as a caring, loving homemaker.

She enjoyed watching wrestling on TV, playing bingo, and most of all spending time with her children and grandchildren. She was a very kind and giving person.

She is survived by her loving family: daughters Donna (James) Creamer, Lisa (Ron) Morrison, brothers Lloyd “Bo” and Edward Ford; her grandchildren Samantha, Elizabeth, Roni and Michele; great grandchildren Leo and Everleigh.

Shirley worried about people having enough to eat. In her memory, please consider a donation to the Mid-Ohio Foodbank 3960 Brookham Drive, Grove City, Ohio 43123.

The family wishes to thank the caring staff at Altercare of Lancaster for their loving care of Shirley these past four years.

Graveside services will be held in the Southlawn Cemetery, Coshocton, at a later date.
