Stephanie Ann Cremeans

A funeral service celebrating the life of Stephanie Ann Cremeans, 58, of Thornville, will be held at 11 am on Tuesday, May 14th at the Thornville Chapel of Hoskinson Funeral Home. Family and friends may call on Monday, May 13th from 4-7pm at the funeral home, 56 South Main Street in Thornville. Stephanie will be buried in the Lutheran Reformed Cemetery, Thornville following the funeral service on Tuesday.

Stephanie passed away on Monday, May 6, 2024, at Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center East Hospital. She was born in Newark, Ohio on November 6th 1965, to the late Ronald and Mary (Hunt) Alspach.

Steph enjoyed spending time with her friends and family. She loved drag racing, jeeping with her crew, being on the lake, concerts, watching the sunsets and traveling anywhere warm. She was selfless and she deeply cared for everyone around her in such a nurturing way.

She is survived by her loving husband of 33 years, Randy Cremeans; son Drew (Brittney) Cremeans; granddaughter Brooks Cremeans; son Tyler (Donna) Cremeans; brother Charles “Nick” (Rhonda Gray Todd) Alspach; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Donations can be made to Lifeline of Ohio, Toys for Tots or register to become an organ donor. That was Stephanie’s last wish, as she was able to donate to multiple people in need.
