Susan Allen

A funeral service, celebrating the life of Susan M. Allen, 53, of Reynoldsburg, formerly of Pataskala, will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Friday evening, September 23, 2016, in the chapel of the Kirkersville home of HOSKINSON Funeral and Cremation Service. Friends may call from 430 until 6:30 p.m. immediately prior to the service. Susan died early Monday, September 19, 2016, in Columbus following an extended illness. She was born in Geneva, Illinois, on October 5, 1962, the daughter of the late Melvin R. Madison and Carolyn E. (Weakley) Madison of Reynoldsburg. She was employed with Motorists Insurance in Columbus, and was a devoted wife, mother and homemaker. She enjoyed reading and working puzzles. She is survived by her loving family, her husband John Allen, son David (Ashley) Allen and daughter Brittney (Austin) Ross both of Heath; a brother Richard Madison and a sister Diane Madison; one grandson Lincoln and nieces Kayla and Kate and Billie. She was preceded in death by her father. The family prefers that memorials be directed to the American Cancer Society for Lung Cancer research.
